    Conclusion

Having physical and mental ability is crucial for everyone. It is argued among some  individuals whether physical power is an utmost imperative to win in any outdoor games or mental strength. I believe that the both notions are equally essential and will explain both viewpoints in the forthcoming paragraphs.

With the view to discuss, why physical ability is crucial to succeed in sports. First and the foremost is that physical well-being promotes active participation with full dedication while performing. If players are physically fit, they can become more active and give their best to win in games. As they neither feel easily tired nor lethargic. For instance, in football players need a healthy body that aids them to run on the ground and play for long time without fatigue. Therefore, it is vital to win sports.

Despite the aforementioned view, there are various reasons why mental strength is indispensable. The prime one is that when people have great mental abilities, they can think quickly about any problem and play games with clever tactics in order to gain success in sports. Due to this, they never feel stress on their mind of anything such as study, family problems and professional career. As they have more capacity to handle  difficult situations and sports. To cite an example, in chess, players always keep an eye on opponent’s move. So, they  always think one step forward to other player with the assistance of their brain’s power.

As far as I am concerned,  both aspects have their personal importance in each and every one’s life to obtain success. Since stable mental power helps to endure a lot of stress along with anxiety and physical capacity assists to do more hard work without any health related issues. Multitudes can easily deal with every curriculum activities. Hence, success is not only depends on physically fitness but also mental health.

In conclusion, it is quite evident that although success in sports requires physical strength, mental power cannot be neglected to win any sports. Thus, both are significant.
