Definitely, I find it very easy to concentrate on my work or studies for an excessive period of time as I have a good concentration power.

Honestly speaking, when I was young, it was a daunting task for me to concentrate on particular things because I didn’t take things seriously.

No wonder, it is hard to concentrate for everyone in a crowded place/noisy place . The reason behind this is that in such places number of distractions are present.

4.How do you stay focused?

I do yoga on regular basis in the early morning which helps me to stay focused. Apart from this, meditation practice also aid me to enhance my concentration power.
