In my culture, we believe in the age-old saying, ‘Two heads are better than one.’ When it’s time to make important choices about the future, business, money, or investments, we tend to ask the benefits who know their stuff. Today, I want to tell you about some advice that I gave to my cousin’s sister.

I’ve always been health-conscious, an early bird who diligently practices yoga daily. In stark contrast, my cousin’s sister led an unhealthy lifestyle due to her laziness and a lack of awareness about her health. Last year, during her summer vacation at my home, I decided to impart or share some valuable wisdom for a healthier life. I shared with her the famous and motivating slogan “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a person healthy, wealthy, and wise.”

Furthermore, I recommended that she join me for early morning exercises. As the saying goes, “An empty mind is the devil’s workshop,” highlighting the importance of utilizing our precious time effectively.

Apart from this, she had been consuming excessive amounts of fast food and following an unhealthy diet plan. I also stressed that “health is wealth,” and after some time, she realized the error of her ways. She started doing yoga with me every day and eating healthier food. We added fruits and fresh juices to our diet for better health. After a few weeks of exercising regularly, she began to lose extra weight and became fit and healthy.

Today, when she visits my home, she expresses gratitude for the advice that I offered. She now turns to me for guidance on important decisions she needs to make. This experience taught me the true value of sharing wisdom and helping others lead healthier, happier lives.
