1. What do you dislike about teamwork?
There is no doubt that teamwork can make us dependent on others, which may prevent us from recognizing our own mistakes. In group tasks, we often prefer to seek help from others rather than doing the work ourselves. Additionally, it can sometimes create distractions due to the multiple viewpoints of others.
2. What do you learn from working in a team?
Working in a team can broaden our knowledge and ideas. It teaches us how to communicate effectively with others and helps us become better listeners, which enriches our patience and cooperation skills.
3. Have you teamed up with someone else before?
I have participated in group tasks plenty of times. Recently, I joined a volunteer group where we distributed necessary supplies in remote areas. It was an amazing experience for me to work with kind and down-to-earth individuals, and I learned valuable social skills.
4.Do you like teamwork?
Certainly, I prefer to join group tasks as they help boost my knowledge in various aspects. I also learn important social skills such as verbal communication and cooperation.
