Throughout my life, I have met/encountered many people who are passionate about professions such as teaching and writing. These careers not only offer substantial financial rewards but also provide opportunities for gaining recognition and fame among individuals.

Today, I am going to talk about a person who chose the medical domain as a nurse. Actually, she is one of my best friends. Her name is [Name]. I have known her since childhood. She has helped many people in her life, either in hospitals or in society. She has done much charity work in the community. I remember that during COVID-19, she distributed medicine to many destitute people who were living in slum areas.

Now she works as a nurse in Canada. There are ample reasons why she opted for this field. Actually, she was born and brought up in a joint family where she learned how to help others, especially the elderly. After completing her medical education, she decided to pursue a career in nursing because she believes that sometimes people need care to recover. Moreover, she experiences deep personal gratification when she helps patients who do not have family support, and she truly loves her job. Whenever a patient faces difficulties in the hospital, she always goes the extra mile to assist them by providing both care and medication.

Apart from this, she does some volunteer work. For people who do not have enough money to buy expensive medicine, my friend utilizes her salary to help them. No doubt, it is quite a difficult task to look after patients in hospitals, but she always does her work with great patience. I always try to follow her footprints because she is a fantastic person in my life. Whenever I feel down in the dumps, I always prioritize talking with her.
To cut a long story short, she is a person who loves her medical profession and is really passionate about it.

    Follow-ups

    1. Can a hospital function effectively without nurses?
A hospital cannot function effectively without nurses. The medical system cannot operate efficiently without their assistance, as they play a crucial role in various aspects of patient care. Nurses provide attention to detail, take care of patients, ensure quick attendance, and administer medications at the appropriate times.

2.What are the differences between the work of a doctor and a nurse?
In my view, doctors and nurses have distinct roles in healthcare. Doctors diagnose (process of identifying a disease) medical conditions and develop treatment plans, while nurses focus on providing patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patients’ progress. Although both roles are crucial, doctors are primarily involved in planning and diagnosis, whereas nurses ensure the day-to-day management and support of patients.

3.Do you think it is necessary to learn first aid skills?
Definitely, acquiring knowledge of first aid is crucial. It equips individuals to provide immediate assistance in emergency situations, potentially saving lives before professional medical treatment can be administered.

    4. Do you think that doctors and nurses are not paid enough?
In my opinion, doctors and nurses are often not paid enough considering their important roles. They need a lot of education, work long hours, and deal with a lot of stress. Even though they make a big difference in healthcare, their pay doesn’t always match their hard work. I think their wages should better reflect the essential work they do.

    5. Who plays , a more important role , doctors and nurses?
Both doctors and nurses play crucial roles in healthcare, each with their own importance. Doctors are responsible for diagnosing conditions and planning treatments, while nurses provide continuous care and emotional support, often being the first point of contact for patients. Their work is complementary, and they collaborate closely to ensure effective patient care. Therefore, it is accurate to say that both roles are equally vital in the healthcare system.
    6. Do you think doctors and nurses are very important?
Absolutely, doctors and nurses are both extremely important. They work together to provide comprehensive care to patients, with
