    1. Do you go running a lot?

Well, as a health-conscious person, I enjoy running frequently as part of my daily routine. Moreover, running helps me stay fit as a fiddle.

    2.  Where do you usually go running?

I usually go running in the park, which is just a stone’s throw away from my house. During that time, I not only run to maintain my weight but also enjoy the peaceful scenic view, which helps reduce my stress.

    3. When was the last time you went running?

As I mentioned earlier, it is my daily routine activity. I went for a run this morning with my younger sister, whom I love from the core of my heart. We spent 30 minutes there.

    4. What do you think of running as a sports?

As far as I’m concerned, running is one of the best sporting activities to stay healthy. If people take running seriously as a sport, they can become famous on a worldwide level. For example, Milkha Singh is a famous and renowned Indian athlete who achieved great success in running.
