You have moved to another city but your bank has your old address and continues to send all the communication there. Write a letter to your bank branch. In this letter: –

Where have you moved to? – What problem are you facing regarding the bank’s communication? What you want them to do regarding the old communication already sent to the wrong address?

    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I have recently moved to a new city and would like to update my address in your records. My new address is: Flat 3B, Sunrise Apartments, Green Valley Road, Chandigarh – 160047.

Despite informing the customer service helpline last month, I have noticed that all bank communication is still being sent to my old address in Amritsar. This is causing serious inconvenience, especially when it comes to receiving important documents like account statements and debit card renewal notices.

Not only am I missing crucial information, but there is also a risk that confidential details could fall into the wrong hands. If this issue continues, it might affect my financial security.

Therefore, I kindly request you to update my address immediately. Either resend the previous letters to my current address, or email me digital copies if possible. I would appreciate it if you could confirm once this has been done.

    Yours faithfully,
    Rajdeep Singh
