Despite informing the customer service helpline last month, I have noticed that all bank communication is still being sent to my old address in Amritsar. Not only am I missing crucial information, but there is also a risk that confidential details could fall into the wrong hands. If this issue continues, it might affect my financial security.

Therefore, I kindly request you to update my address immediately. Either resend the previous letters to my current address, or email me digital copies if possible. I would appreciate it if you could confirm once this has been done.
