You recently did a short cookery course. The cookery school has asked for your feedback on this course.

Write a letter to the course director at the cookery school. In your letter,

    • describe what you enjoyed about the course
    • say how much cooking you’ve done since the course
    • suggest another cookery course you’d like the school to offer

    Write at least 150 words.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

    Begin your letter as follows:

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the recent cookery course I attended at your esteemed institution. The experience was truly delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it.

One of the highlights for me was the hands-on approach to learning. The opportunity to work closely with experienced chefs and fellow enthusiasts not only made the learning process engaging but also immensely enjoyable. The course structure was well-planned, allowing us to gradually build our skills and confidence in the kitchen.

Since completing the course, I have found myself spending much more time experimenting with recipes and techniques at home. The newfound knowledge and skills I acquired have truly transformed my approach to cooking, making it a more fulfilling and rewarding experience overall.

In terms of/in the case of/when it comes to future courses, I would like to suggest offering a specialized course focused on international cuisine. Exploring the diverse/distinct  flavours and techniques from different cultures would not only expand our culinary horizons but also enrich our understanding of global gastronomy.

Once again, thank you for offering such a fantastic course. I look forward to the opportunity to further my culinary journey with your institution in the future.

    Yours sincerely,
