You should spend about 20 minutes on this task. Write at least 150 words.

You have recently ordered an item from the internet, but are not happy with the purchase. Write to the company. In your letter

    • Describe what you purchased
    • Explain why you are not happy with the purchase
    • Tell them what you would like them to do about the situation You do NOT need to write any addresses.

    Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made through your website. I ordered a Bluetooth wireless speaker (Model: XSound Vibe Pro) on May 10th, and it was delivered on May 15th.

Unfortunately, I am not happy with the product. Despite being advertised as having a 12-hour battery life, the speaker lasts barely 3 hours on a full charge. Not only is the battery performance disappointing, but the sound quality is also below expectations—it frequently distorts at high volumes, which makes it unusable for gatherings or outdoor use.

I had chosen this model especially for its long-lasting battery and strong audio output. If these features had worked as promised, I would not be writing this letter. I would like to either receive a full refund or exchange the speaker for a different model that meets the advertised specifications.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Please advise me on how to return the item. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

    Yours faithfully,
    Ravneet Singh
