Well, to kick things off, I’d like to describe someone who truly wears his heart on his sleeve — my cousin, Aman. He’s in his mid-twenties and works as a graphic designer. I’ve known him since childhood, and he has always been the kind of person who doesn’t bottle up emotions. Whether thrilled, upset, or anxious, his feelings are written all over his face straight away.

He’s the type of person who openly expresses both joy and sadness. For example, when excited, he laughs wholeheartedly, his eyes light up, and he can’t wait to share the good news with everyone around. On the flip side, if something is bothering him, he’s not the type to put on a brave face — he openly talks about his problems and even sheds a few tears when feeling upset.

Aman is quite expressive — he uses his hands, his facial expressions, and even his tone of voice to show how he feels. I remember once when he got a promotion at work, he was literally jumping for joy! He was over the moon and immediately called the whole family to celebrate. On difficult days, though, he’s not shy about saying things like, “I just need someone to talk to,” and he’s very open about asking for support.

I believe Aman shows his feelings openly because he values honesty and thinks it’s unhealthy to bottle things up. As the saying goes, “A problem shared is a problem halved,” and he firmly believes that sharing emotions helps build stronger relationships. Personally,

I admire this quality because, in today’s fast-paced and sometimes superficial world, many people hide their feelings behind a mask. Aman’s openness makes him more genuine, relatable, and easy to connect with.

Overall, Aman is someone who openly shows his feelings, and that’s what makes him special and easy to notice.
