    2. stand out from the crowd – be different
    3. engage – take part
    4. unwind – relax
    5. Rome wasn’t built in a day – takes time
    6. mouth-watering – very tasty
    7. visually appealing – good looking
    8. outside the box – creative thinking
    9. over the moon – very happy

Well, everyone is born with their own strengths. Some people excel in a wide range of abilities, while others may have just one special talent. However, even a single talent can help a person stand out from the crowd if it is polished properly.

To begin with, I have a natural talent for cooking, and it gives me a great sense of inner satisfaction whenever I engage in it. For me, cooking is not merely a daily chore; it is a stress-buster that helps me unwind and relax after a long day.

I first discovered this ability in my childhood when I used to lend a helping hand to my mother in the kitchen. Gradually, I realised that I could prepare tasty dishes by mixing different ingredients creatively. Over time, I started experimenting with new recipes, and the appreciation I received from my family really boosted my confidence. Their encouragement helped me become confident in the kitchen, and I strongly believe in the saying that practice makes perfect and that “Rome wasn’t built in a day.”

As far as improving this talent is concerned, I plan to learn professional techniques by following expert tutorials and exploring cuisines from different cultures. I also want to focus on food presentation and healthy cooking methods, so that the dishes are not only mouth-watering but also visually appealing.

All in all, cooking makes me feel calm, fulfilled, and mentally refreshed. It allows me to think outside the box, fuels my creativity, and gives me a genuine sense of achievement. Whenever I try out a new recipe or present a dish beautifully, I feel over the moon and truly proud of myself.

    Follow-ups

    1. Do you think artists with talents should focus on their talents?
Yes, without a doubt, artists who are naturally gifted should focus on developing their talents. By putting in consistent effort and staying dedicated, they can refine their skills, reach their full potential, and truly stand out from the crowd.

    2. Is it positive to know that children of 3 or 4 will become musicians or painters in the future?
Well, it’s a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it is good to recognise a child’s talent early. On the other hand, putting labels on very young children can put them under pressure. At such a tender age, they should be allowed to explore freely rather than be boxed into one path.

    3. Do you think parents feel guilty for putting too much pressure on their children?
In many cases, yes. When parents push their children too hard, they later realise that they have crossed the line. As a result, they often feel guilty and wish they had given their children more freedom.

    4. Why do people like to watch talent shows?
To be honest, talent shows are a real treat to watch. Such programs entertain and inspire at the same time. Seeing ordinary people display their skills and chase their dreams gives viewers hope and motivation.

    5. Do you think it is more interesting to watch famous people’s shows or ordinary people’s shows?
Personally speaking, I find shows with ordinary people more interesting. Their journey from zero to hero is more touching and relatable, and it feels more down to earth than watching already famous celebrities perform.
