I largely agree with this view, as it promotes fairness and strengthens family relationships, although some flexibility may be required.
Firstly, sharing household tasks evenly supports gender equality within the family. When both men and women work full-time, expecting one partner—usually the woman—to handle most domestic duties is unfair and outdated. An equal division of chores reduces stress and prevents resentment from building up between partners. For example, if both partners contribute to cooking, cleaning, and childcare, neither feels overburdened after a long working day.
